Initial Visit
Dr. Kieffer does a thorough evaluation and treatment on the first visit, which is scheduled for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork if you have not done so beforehand.
It is best to wear soft comfortable clothes for your evaluation and treatment. Jeans, leather clothing, and studs on your pants are more difficult for Dr. Kieffer to treat through. We appreciate it if you would avoid wearing fragrance in the office as Dr. Kieffer and many of her patients are sensitive to chemical scents.
After an initial treatment patients may feel sleepy, mildly lightheaded, and/or sore. Dr. Kieffer recommends no heavy physical work or exercise for 24-48 hours after a treatment.

Payment for services is due in full at the conclusion of each office visit. Our office accepts checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Insurance Billing
I am an out-of-network provider. We provide insurance billing as a courtesy to you. Some PPOs and other insurances will reimburse you for out-of-network provider care. We are not contracted with Medicare or any HMO insurance plans. Services may also be covered through a Health Savings Account or a health care reimbursement account. Please check with your insurance carrier to verify your benefits.
